Thank you! JD Rock Awards 2010 was a big night for us.
Thank you to everyone who has made this journey as absolutely mind-bendingly awesome as it has been. The JD Rock Awards Night at Hard Rock Cafe, Mumbai tonight was Swarathma’s. And it shall remain in our memories. From total strangers recognizing us, to the thrill of hearing your song play on the PA during a nomination announcement, we enjoyed every moment.
Hard Rock Cafe, a bastion of the Western Rock ethic, got what we hope was a healthy dose of the unabashedly Indian, tongue-in-cheek Bhojpuri ribbing that we began our set with. And if that weren’t enough, got the hip and happening Page 3 Mumbai crowd to sing “Ee Bhoomi” along with us.
